In October 2020, the Japanese government declared its ambition to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050, setting Japan on course to become a carbon-neutral society. In particular, offshore wind power generation is expected to be a "trump card" for making renewable energy the main power source because it can be introduced in large quantities and costs can be reduced, and it is also expected to have economic effects. This MS is looking for many research presentations on offshore wind power generation from research institutes and industry.
